About the UDO Wellness Club

It takes rigorous intensive training and physically demanding performances for Street Dancers to stand out from the ever growing competition.

Long training schedules and competition days can also take its toll on a dancer’s support unit - teachers, parents and spectators.

It is all too easy to reach for the quickest convenient snack or meal to refuel after a long hectic day. Far too often this will result in an unhealthy food choice and poor nutrition.

Good nutrition is key for dancers to realize their full potential and for their support unit to enable them to do this.

The UDO Wellness Club is here to educate, assist and provide healthy alternatives to ensure that Street Dancers and their wider community can achieve quality performance and sustained energy levels to fulfill their daily roles through balanced nutrition.

The UDO Wellness Team is made up of dance school leaders and fitness instructors who already have established local wellness clubs for their dance school community as a complimentary activity alongside their main business as dance & fitness teachers.

The Team are keen to help and support other dance schools achieve the same results to truly build a happy and healthy street dance environment.

The UDO Wellness Club is an official partner of the United Dance Organisation.
